They can be found just south of the docks near The Oasis of Marr (-1300, -220)

I've been soloing these since lv 42. I'm a Necro, and I can drop them in about 30 seconds. I get .8% exp per kill. I'm still soloing them at lv 44, and still getting .7%. They are ^46, but VERY soloable.

Soloed them with my lvl 49 conjurer and tellurian avenger pet. Takes a little longer to take them down, but certainly a solo mob in this instance. They are 46^

This mob not soloable, it is heroic, at least the ones I found.
