As he looses HP he summons large groups of Roekillik, an opportunsic adherent, to aid him. This happens at least 3 times, at 75,50 and 25% health. However you can ignore these addtional Roekillik that are summoned because they despawn as soon as Caertax is dead. Can easily be single healed through as the adds do not hit tanks all that hard.
