Just been in Sinking sands and met up with them. Lvls 60-61, non-Heroic, still mixture of singles, and pairs (which are 2pips down).

Yes, GU54 saw Sinking Sands level-adjusted - they shifted it to fill a leveling gap. Kinda like how Lavastorm was adjusted a little while ago.

Plenty of them around -250, -700. Lvls 50-51, non-Heroic. Some solos but several groups of two and three.
