True dat Ivan... as part of the DoF and revamp.. there is Nothing else but STR as a Brigand.. my lvl 50 (i dont have DoF so lvl 50 it is) i can solo buff with T5 stuff (not rich enough to buy either cobalt and such) i can get to 330 STR solobuffed.. just today i beatdown a lvl 59(!!!) ranger without much troubles.. i got the Serverfirst Debilitate Master 1 so i practically raped an armorless mage =P

After a certain point the benifit that you get from your agility is not seen as much that is why people start to boost str. As a kerra brigand I like to be near 200 agi with personal buffs and get as much str as possible. There are scouts in my guild who picked all agi traits and have very high agi and low str. You don't need that much power since at raids you have clarity and you will not run out of power unless the mob drains.
I am starting to focus on str now more then agi. Looking at parsing that my guild has done I tend to out damage scouts who focus more on agi on a regular bases. We tend to have at least 2 to 3 brigands at a raid which cuts down on my dps, and that goes to show you the value of STR.

The soft caps on str and agi at 200 just means that every point after 200 won't get you the same benefits every point did from 100-200. I personally love the +25 str on this, at lvl 45 my agi self buffed is almost 200 and my gear isn't that great. My str is laging behind around 130ish. So more strengh = more dps. I'm a scout and we always hear more agi more agi, but with the soft cap at 200, getting str up there is now my priority.

25 STR makes more sense, the soft cap on agility is 200, same with strength, but it is much easier to get agility to 200 than strength, and it will help your ATK more than agility
