it would be interesting to put this item up against the diamond studded belt: +4 Strength +10 Wisdom +10 Agility +33 Health +39 Power +300 vs.Magic +240 vs.Poison Haste - 20% - Permanent
with the extra 5% haste, I wonder which is better.
As of the CU13 and Desert of Flames the haste from items no longer stack. Only one haste item will grant haste now and its supposed to be whichever item gives the most haste. There are three types of haste now: Item Haste, Proc Haste, and Spell Line Haste. Item haste does not stack with item haste, proc haste will not stack with other proc hastes, but spell haste will stack with any other spell haste not in the same line.
Monks for example can have one item haste, one proc haste, then all three of their haste lines active at once (offensive stance, group haste, and self haste with hitpoint drain).
Max haste is now 100% too, so hitting that cap just got a little too easy.
From what I have seen/read all haste effects with different names all stack, for instance "Haste" stacks with "Haste of the Ancient Slayer" and "Haste of the Swiftwind" (from Monsoon, Sword of the Swiftwind).
Ancient Slayer's Ring of Agility +9 agi +5 sta +25 health +21 power +269vs mental +168vs disease Armor Class:40(49 at level 39)
It's given by an NPC right next to the merchant where you buy the key to enter the Condemned Catacombs. The only requirement is to kill the Ancient Watcher and in turn you recieve a choice of a Agi, Wis, Int, or Sta version of the ring.
Does this 'haste' stack with the 'haste' off that new ring from the new zone off of antonica? Can't remember the name of it. but the point is, in eq2 does haste stack or no?
