When you finish the 8 quests and talk to the chief, he will take your pondstone and give you a tablet.
Leave the village, then go to the Feerott. (need coord for this) but you will find a large stone on the groun in the south east part of the Feerot (2nd half of the map) Make sure the tablet the cheif gave you is in your inventory and click on the large stone on the ground to form a vortex.
When you re-enter the village, hail the chief and he will give you Marr's Chosen quest.

This quest is given by Chief Kaorf in the Lost Village of Kugup after Frogloks have been unlocked on your server.
The quest itself is essentially just a raid event. You must free the spirits from within the Temple of Cazic-Thule. If you have this quest you will gain access to an instanced raid in Cazic-Thule. The reward of this quest is the loot table from the raid.
Once inside you must clear the entire top floor of the dungeon. After this you can clear the lower levels. Once it is all clear Venekor and other raid mobs will spawn. There will also be a new ghost Froglok in the Xiggalg the Fearfiend room who you can speak to in order to advance the quest.
This quest results in the title of Hero of Kugup and grants a 12 hour buff called Blessing of Marr's Chosen that adds 250 hit points and power temporarily.

Through my actions, I have earned the trust and respect of the frogloks within their hidden village. After speaking with their chieftan as to why they have not revealed themselves, it seems that some sort of very important spirit is trapped within the bowels of the Temple of Cazic Thule. Chief Kaorf has allowed me the honor of attempting to free this spirit and earn an honorary place among the frogloks for my own people.
Venekor lies defeated before us. Nevermore shall he have Marr's Chosen.
I have gained honor among the frogloks for my efforts by the Chief Kaorf.With the dragon Venekor defeated, the spirit of Marr's Chosen has been freed once again. No more shall the frogloks be without guidance, for the light which Marr shed upon them an age ago has returned and uplifted their spirits. For my own actions, the frogloks of the village of Kugup have bestowed blessings upon me.

You have to place your Froglok Talsiman on a rock. This makes a violet swirl appear, which leads you to the lost village.

The "Grants Access To" field should be changed to "Spirits of the Lost", which is the actual name of the instance to which you recieve access simply by having this quest.

Just completed this quest a few minutes ago-you get 6% exp (in level 50), a 12 hour buff called Blessing of Marr's Chosen that adds 250 HP/POW and the suffix title Hero of Kugup.

You must rehail or go back in via the Feerott entrance. He will then give you the Spirits of the lost quest. I just did it today.

U need the Ancient Froglok Talisman on u to renter the village.

for the raid zone you HAVE to clear the top first of all mobs. Then you have to clear the bottom, upon killing the last mob in the bottom of CT, the whole zone will repop with new raid mob including Venekor. From this point you have the option of clearing up or invis up to venekor and kill him for quest credit. ps: note after u clear the bottom the first time, run to the room where Xiggalg the fearfiend is, you will be safe there from repop. a spirit ghost froglok npc will spawn in there where u can have a conversasion with him about the quest.
