The way through the zone consists of the following 4 steps:
Clean the area by stairs and by entrance to dungeon, go upstairs and continue cleaning. As you approach pyramid, pay attention to position of the Eye of the Watcher walking up and down the pyramid stairs. Pull encounters that are close to pyramid only when the Eye of the Watcher is away up the stairs or you will get the Atrius the Watcher encounter as an add (Atruis is marked on the map by an "A". Don't worry, Venekor won't be up yet). Once clean pull the encounter with Atrius the Watcher. It's best to pet-pull him so the pet eats the first AOE rather than the raid!
Encounter consists of Atrius the Watcher, Golemic Punisher, 2x Golemic Protectorate and Eye of the Watcher.
Health: 320k HP
Resists: Fire, Poison, Slash
Attack: Crush, Fire. AOE - Wave of Paralysis: Fire and STUN ~5sec, 45-60 sec range long 50m, (~1,5k)
Golemic Punisher
Health: 170k HP
Resists: Fire, Poison, Slash
Attack: Crush. Barrage/AOE - Dreadening Slam: Crush, 40sec, very short range, ~1k
Golemic Protectorate
Health: 30k HP
Resists: Mental
Attack: Crush, (Divine, Mental)
Eye of the Watcher
Health: 43k HP
Resists: Mental
Attack: Crush, (Divine, Mental)
If doing this around level 50, then it's best to have two main tanks, one tanking Atrius the Watcher alone, the other taking all the other mobs in encounter. Kill the adds first (Punisher/Protectorate), then the named.
General recommendations: Never fight on crossings. Make sure to pull through so raid is behind the mob not getting barrages. If pulling into room, have raid stand on sides of the door in corners and tank pull well into room from that door so raid stays behind the mob. Avoid AOE spells inside by moving to safe spot, all have over 30 sec re-cast time so there is enough space for fight in between. Almost all AOEs inside are deadly to mid T6 players, but have short range so can be avoided easily.
Go inside dungeon killing the encounters on the way. Order does not matter, killing E3 Ukdan the Dark, E4 Swfzk the Mad, E7 with Krakat the Cruel and E8 with Krakan the Wary will cause E9 with Qzyk the Conqueror to spawn upstairs. Killing Qzyk the Conqueror will cause complete zone repop in 30 secs after fight finished with different mobs and locations this time.

Deadly if done wrong. Tyrant casts a 45 secs long AOE stun, short range. If the healers do not avoid it, it becomes deadly. Otherwise, pretty fun fight. Pull the group just outside of the room to the junction, have main tank stop them there. The rest of the raid has to wait up the hill, by the door leading to room with the NPC froglok. That is the safe spot from the AOE, if the Tyrant stays down by door to his room. The casters can also reach him from there, so only melee dps needs to joust the AOE.

AOE Enthralling Flames, Heat, 30-60 sec (~2,5k, 1k-3,5k, short range)
Very tough fight compared to others you experienced so far in case you do not prevent Hundar the Punisher from spawning. Pull the encounter to room where The Achiole was standing. Make sure to kill the Ritualist Master first, and make it quick (30 secs or less). He is slow and usually the last mob from the encounter to reach the room. If you kill him fast, Hundar the Punisher will not spawn. If Hundar comes, then things get trickier. Have a second tank waiting in the corridor, or room E12 with his group. He can then grab Hundar + friends and hold them there while the rest of the raid deals with the Ritualist Master.

Clean the encounters outside to make a clean area to fight Venekor. Varanak is non aggro at this point. For encounters close to pyramid/Venekor, body pull. Do not cast at them as they will socal Venekor, which will then wake up Varanak. Once the area is clean, the fight with Venekor can begin.
It's most likely that you will fight both Venekor and Varanak at the same time. It is possible to proximity pull Venekor from behind so that you are as far awat from Varanak as possible. Supposedly, this will prevent Varanak from aggroing. However, if at any time Venekor decides to fear you and you run towards Varanak, then he will aggro and head for the raid. Also, reviving by the doors is a known possible trigger for angry golem to the raid! So, plan to split-tank them with the following setups.
Also, someone will have to play statue-watcher. See the section below entitled "Idol of Thule" for more information on this key piece.
Send one group with a secondary tank and heals to stand by Varanak. They can stay right by him, since he is non-aggro by that time. Once he becomes aggro, taunt him and get him as far from Venekor fight as possible. The main stairs area is recommended. He cast an AOE stun with damage. A group with several healers should have no issue with that. His AOE has a 50 meter range, and it does go through walla, so avoiding it may not be a possibility.
Varanak the Everlasting
Health: 450k
ATT: Crush, Fire
RES: Fire, Poison, Disease, Piercing
AOE Wave of Paralysis, Fire and STUN, 45+ sec, range long 50m, (~1,8k)
Venekor casts spells. His most notable is his Acidic Mist, medium range AOE, poison DOT. This can be group cured, so you may want a healer with group cure nox in every group. It ticks 4 times in 3 secs, for up to 2k per tick. There is a long reuse on this AOE, so jousting is a good possibility, as are nox potions to make this fight a little easier. Alternativley, if you are mentoring to do this, just have everyone load up on poison resist gear and eat the AOE.
Venekor also kicks, with a nasty knockback, so make sure that you stand with back to wall. This is very important for the main tank and his group to keep heals/buffs.
He casts AOE stun (5 seconds) on different, much shorter, timer (30 secs). This AOE has no damage component. Due to this, make sure to run well in advance to avoid the AOE DOT, otherwise you may get stunned and then the DOT on you and be unable to cure it. Healers should use wards/reactives/regens just before the stun to help keep people alive.

Remember the statue I mentioned? Well, here is the info for it. The Idol of Thule is right in front of Venekor's spawn place. Pick 1 person for your raid and have them run over there and click it at the start of the fight. This will tell them which specific class is required to click it. Might be best to have a Monk/Bruiser or other FD class. Also, you will need 1 person of every archtype available to click the idol, as it will randomly select fighter/mage/priest/scout. The reason you are clicking it, is to disable it. Failing to disable it will result in one of the following effects cast on your entire raid:
This is how everything goes together:
If all goes to plan, Venekor will die. Once he's down, the entire raid will run over and deal with Varanak. Finally, once he is dead, don't forget to goto the top of the central pyramid to collect your free disco XP!
