This quest is given by Priestess Xaliea at the docks in the Outpost of the Overlord.

Xaliea is in need of three bone chips. Kill Shipwrecked Explorers and Shipwrecked Swashbucklers on the other side of the bay until you have three, and then return to her for your reward.

They don't drop the bone chips on every kill, so be prepared to kill a few.

I somehow got this quest on the Queen's Colony. It just appeared in my quest journal. Needless to say, none of the Fallen Pirates were updating anything. Weird...

Priestess Xaliea, a dark elf near Ebb Tide's Alehouse, is unhappy that she is stuck mending wounds while she would rather be out adventuring. In order to live vicariously through my adventures, she has asked me to bring her three bone chips from some of the local skeletons.

Stage 1

I need to acquire three bone chips for Xaliea.

Start:	I need to find three bonechips for Xaliea. Perhaps I can obtain some from the undead pirates on the northeastern shore of the bay.
Complete:	I have collected the three bonechips for Xaliea.

I have the bone chips for Xaliea.

Stage 2

I should take the bone chips back to Xaliea.

Start:	I still need to take the bone chips to Xaliea.
Complete:	I have given the bone chips to Xaliea.

I have taken the bonechips back to Xaliea.

I defeated some of the local skeletons and gave Priestess Xaliea the three bone chips. This seemed to satisfy her lust for adventure.
