I spoke with Caltuur, who asked that I look into the fighting within Stonestair Byway. Although it is whispered about within the greater city of Freeport, but the majority of people are either unaware or ambivalent to what is happening in happening there. I should enter the neighborhood, and see what the leaders of the kerrans there has to say about the fighting.

Stage 1

I should enter Stonestair Byway, and speak with Hisska Rakepaw.

Start:	Speak with Hisska Rakepaw in Stonestair Byway.

Start:	Collect the stolen totems from within Stonestair Byway.
Complete:

Start:	Speak with Lieutenant Vesder just outside Stonestair Byway to show him the totems.

Start:	Return to Caltuur in Freeport.

I was able to speak with one of the leaders of the kerran resistence movement in Stonestair Byway, and have recovered a set of totems stolen by the erudites there.

I was able to speak with the kerran leaders, and recovered a set of spiritual totems stolen by the erudites in their attempt to push us out of Stonestair Byway. There appears to be more to the issue in Stonestair Byway, which may be worth looking into.

This quest is only available to Kerra.

Speak to Caltuur at -201, -57, 154 outside the Freeport Block and Tackle, South Freeport.

Speak to Hisska Rakepaw at 72, -4, -44 in Stonestair Byway: The Animus Corridors (the entrance is at -7, -18, -327 in North Freeport.
Collect six stolen totems in Stoneware Byway. If you have trouble find them, re-zoning will respawn them. Known locations include:

21, -3, -45
29, -4, -61
31, 0, -76
-1, -3, -62
-7, -4, -85
50.41, -4.35, -31.42

Take the totems to Lieutenant Vesder, who is in Freeport immediately outside Stonestair Byway at -12, -17, -324 .
Return to Caltuur.
