This is the first in a long series of Thundering Steppes quests. It is given by Jacques near the gate to Antonica at 238, -33, -1029 .

He asks you to deliver a message to Blerton Blumble at the docks.

Now that you are delivering the mail, what is the bane of mailmen everywhere? Dogs! So long as you have this quest series, at various places two leg biters will spawn and attack you. They are level 20 solo mobs, so be prepared for a fight. Two of the locations this will happen are on the Antonica Road right by Qeynos Tower 1, and in Thundermist Village. You cannot avoid them, but you can outrun them!

Blerton is at the docks, outside the first building on the left, but is short and easy to miss. He is standing on top of some crates at -472.1, -18.38, -418.64 . He will give you the sub-quest, Blumble Blunder, when you reach him.

Complete Blumble Blunder, then return to Blerton for the receipt you need to give Jacques.

Jacques, the master of the mail, has asked me to lend him a hand in delivering the mail here in The Thundering Steppes. I am to take a letter to Blerton Blumble who resides at the docks.

Stage 1

I should deliver this letter to Blerton Blumble on the docks in The Thundering Steppes.

Start:	Jacques has hired me to deliver mail to Blerton Blumble on the docks of The Thundering Steppes.
Complete:	Now that I have delivered this mail, I should get the return mail.

Start:	I must not return to Jacques until I have gotten the return mail from Blerton, and he won't give it to me until I have helped him.
Complete:	I have the return mail from Blerton.

I have delivered the letter to Blerton. I am to pick up his mail also, but he will not give me the mail until I find his grandfather.

Stage 2

I have delivered the Mail to Blerton, but he will not give me the return mail until I have helped him.

Start:	Now that I have the return mail from Blerton I should deliver it to Jacques.
Complete:	I have delivered Blertons return mail to Jacques.

I have helped Blerton, and now have his return mail. I should take it to Jacques as fast as I can.

I have assisted Jacques with delivering the mail.
