The nova-vicars are in groups of 4 mobs, all 90 Heroic, although 1 or 2 downarrows, and some of the groups also have a Lurcking Sleetsaber 90^ add, so.... be prepared for a tough fight, at least solo for this 90 Necro. Doable, but hard.
Best camp I found (with just the 4 mobs) was right across from the entrance to the fortress, but don't move much... lol. Tried the group inside the fortress (flew in invised) but got the added 90^ so made that fight really hard, although there were two vicars in the group....

Speak to Borotar Pickbeard at -216, -291, 407 at the Forward Base Camp in Great Divide to begin this quest.
Borotar Pickbeard has asked me to slay several Rime nova-vicars and take their frost wands.
- Kill vigilant nova-vicars.
- Return to Borotar Pickbeard to complete the quest.
I have brought the ice wands back to Borotar Pickbeard at the Forward Base Camp. What he intends to do with them is anyone's guess.
