Virtue Belt  

This quest is initiated by examining a rusted iron belt. This item is dropped on monsters in Stormhold (scorched skeletons and Lord Androus confirmed).

You must find the chest that holds the locking device for the belt. There are clickable chests found throughout Stormhold, though all but one will simply say that the lock remains solid, despite the passage of time.

The one chest you are looking for can be found at -97, 5, -145 Copy , in the room adjoining the room with Guard Captain Hess. The quest auto completes when you click on the box (a foot locker).
