Did this quest on 5/23/12.
Sayer did not point me towards Windstalker Village to get any books or anything on the Rumbler so I went over myself and grabbed the quest to kill the Rumbler then returned to him. That's when the feather popped up about his mother.
Seems this thould be placed after the Windstalker Rumbler in line.
