The co-ordinates are accurate, but some basic directions are helpful if you'd rather not turn the quest into a "number hunt".
As ladyvampirekat notes above, the tablets actually /spawn/ in order -- so there's no point in seeking the tablets out-of-sequence. The first clue's tablet spawns first; once the first tablet is found, the second will spawn, and so on ...
Location details:
1. Trythec Loft is an area of the starter location, Chykori Island Station. If you arrive in the region at the Gorowyn Docks, you can take a free griffon flight to this outpost from there.
To find Trythec Loft, leave the beach area of Chykori Island Station and look for a broad, curving wooden staircase leading up a cliff face to a jungle plateau. Once you climb these stairs, you will be in Trythec Loft.
Head toward the ocean view on the far side of the jungle area containing the small dinosaurs. You will end up standing on a cliff edge overlooking the sea. Follow the cliff edge to your right; just before the path is blocked, you'll see a tree. Look around the base of the tree's trunk, and you'll see the first tablet.
2. Head to Gorowyn Beach Outpost if you want to do this the quick way. You can head /through/ Gorowyn from the Docks, but if you're new to the city, navigating this way will likely prove confusing and time-consuming.
From Gorowyn Beach Outpost, you'll see a path leading uphill to Gorowyn city. As above, the tree near the second tablet is above you, on your right, as you look up the path.
3. Look directly under the hanging shark at Gorowyn Docks. The third tablet should be there.
4. When facing east, looking toward the stairs leading up the large ruin known as The Bloodworks, divert to your left and examine the alcoves in the wall next to the stair, The fourth tablet should be there.
Note that the Ruins of Verelisk can be found by travelling directly south of Mok Rent. Mok Rent can be reached quickly by griffon flight from at least one of the major regional outposts.
5. As mentioned, look in the waters at the top of the waterfall immediately right of the bridge where you enter Mok Rent. The fifth tablet rests here.
6. The northern-most tip of land mentioned above sits at the bottom of a high cliff. I found it easiest to swim along the coastline to get to and from the location. The sixth and final tablet spawns here -- and the single goblin attacker spawns after you first click on the tablet itself.

Finding the tablets
Justinian Theo, located on the beach ( -289.90, 1.61, -159.40 ) in the newbie starter zone of Timorous Deep (Chykori Island) gives you a parchment with clues to the locations of the six missing tablets. (Note: Tablets must be done in order for them to appear).
Clue number one - Predators and Prey
Where the mountains meet the sea and the raptors gloat over their fallen prey, look beneath the lilac leaves of the Karana willows. Watch out for the predators, lest you become one of their victims! This is located in the newbie zone of Trythec Loft at -22.35, 48.90, 423.82 .
Clue number two - The Guards
Sunrise beyond the shipwrecks .. is that another island to the north beyond where I stand, beneath the spreading boughs of a tree? The guards at the entrance cannot see me, but through the yellow haze, I see them. The second tablet is under a tree up on a small hill to the right as you go up the path to the city of Gorrwyn. Loc: 2382.20, 59.41, 1002.19 .
Clue number three - Go Fish
The docks, the crates, the hustle and certainty of leaving. And a very big fish. Very big indeed. Is it safe to swim here? Third tablet is underwater, under the docks of Gorrwyn. Loc: 2309.66, -8.73, 1399.37
Clue number four - Ruined
They are ruins, all right. Stained and worn. The crumbling pillars weigh the lowest tier down. The tablet is located on the first tier of the Ruins of Verelisk, inside a cubby hole. Loc: 1966.18, 42.76, 384.95
Clue number five - A Liquid Veil
The water falls, shattering on the rocks, flowing beside the high bridge. There is a path east, beneath the broken water feature, into the drain. And beside the bridge, a liquid veil hides its secrets. The fifth tablet is located at the top of the waterfall at the entrance to Mok Rent. Loc: 1914.37, 47.27, -229.83
Clue number six - A Tip
A very northernly tip. No lifeguards on duty! Back to the newbie starter zone island (Chykori Island)! The location for the last tablet is way north (if you look at your map, you'll see a single pointed tip at the top of the map). Loc: 259.03, 6.39, -710.84 (Note: be mindful of an attacking lvl 20 goblin that comes at you yelling "MINE MINE MINE!" as you swim around to get to the tip -- if you see the goblin, you know you're at the right place and have arrived -- he doesn't want you to have the tablet, hehe).
Return to Justinian Theo on the beach.
