The Spirit Sees All

Help Tiki, and the others, were in Beta but did not make it to live. There is no quest to take you from the first guy back to the 4 ghosts. They just told you that they wanted you to comer back and when you do you get their quests.

We need to remove the Help Tiki quest and the mention of it in the other quests.
