I have received a vision of a ring of stones. In the vision, I brought this worthless object to the center of the rings and touched one of the great stones. I'm not too sure what it meant, but it might be worth my time to investigate this vision.

Stage 1

I need to find a ring of stones within Zek and touch them as my vision had shown me.

Start:	When I find a ring of stones, I should touch them.
Complete:	I have touched the druid ring stones.

I have received a clearer vision from the ancient ring of stones.

Stage 2

My vision showed the stone I found glowing, but only after I had taken the necessary steps to recharge it with its lost power.

Start:	I need to kill Grumzod the Exile, the orc that has razed the forests.
Complete:	I have killed Grumzod the Exile.

I have charged this relic with some type of unknown power. I believe I have removed some type of corruption that prevented it from realizing its true potential.

Stage 3

My vision showed that once this relic glowed, I brought it back to ring of stones. I believe I must do this now.

Start:	I must return to the druid ring to lay this object within the circle.
Complete:	I have laid the relic within the ring and found a glittering object waiting for me.

I have brought the relic back to the ring of stones and layed it where my vision showed me. A moment later, I spied something glittering on the ground.

I believe I have cleansed one of the stones in the ancient druid ring. When I laid the emblem within the ring, I spied a glittering object, which I believe was a "thank you" from the stones.

This quest is started by a Blackened Crystal Teardrop that is dropped inside a chest in Zek, the Orcish Wastes. We got our teardrop from Moog the Overlord, but chances are it can drop from any npc that is worth experience.

At first, it appears as if this crystal is a valuable gem. Upon closer inspection, however, it looks as if it's nothing more than a chunk of rock that has been melted by extreme heat. What you thought was a priceless find turns out to be a worthless stone.

As you look closer at the crystal, something odd happens to you. For a moment, instead of seeing the crystal, you thought you saw a ring of stones in the palm of your hand. The memory of the vision is already beginning to fade, but if you concentrate, you may be able to recall more details.

Steps

I have received a vision of a ring of stones. In the vision, I brought this worthless object to the center of the rings and touched one of the great stones. I'm not too sure what it meant, but it might be worth my time to investigate this vision.

I need to find a ring of stones within Zek and touch them as my vision had shown me.

When I find a ring of stones, I should touch them. (Note: This is the Grove of Stones at 208.23,14.30,109.15 .)

As you touch the ring of stones, one of the runes glows brightly and images flash before your eyes. You see orcs lighting huge pyres, burning a forest to the ground. Smoke rises high into the sky, and black rain begins to fall, but it fails to extinguish the fires. Finally, you see one raindrop, glowing brightly, splash to the ground and quench the fires.

(Focus on the image of the raindrop)

When you focus on the raindrop, you feel the blackened crystal teardrop shift in your hands for a brief moment. Where you once held a burnt stone, you now hold a pristine crystal teardrop. A moment later, you see an image of you laying the glowing crystal on one of the stones. The vision then ends.

My vision showed the stone I found glowing, but only after I had taken the necessary steps to recharge it with its lost power.

I need to kill Grumzod the Exile, the orc that has razed the forests.

I need to return to the ring of stones.
