The Ragebourne Network: New Kael  

I have agreed to assist the Ragebourne in establishing a teleportation network between several of Kael Drakkel major districts. To do such, I must bring unattuned warp stones to several of the Ragebourne Wayfarers hidden in each district. My first mission is to establish a link between the Ragebourne Base Camp and New Kael.

1. Journey to New Kael and find the hidden Ragebourne Wayfarer Rheinalt Druthers at -178, 51, -224 Copy .
2. Scout out the position for the warp stone. (need location)
3. Return to Rheinalt.
4. Return to Caerwyn Thomlin to complete the quest.

I returned the warp stone back to Caerwyn Thomlin and established a link between New Kael and the Ragebourne Base Camp.
