Divers commissioned by the Citadel to mine a rare iron from the beds of the ponds and streams in Rivervale have suffered brutal attacks from underwater spirits. Viscount Gelvonius of the Freeport Militia has demanded that I ensure the continued flow of the mineral by destroying the water elementals.
