Aralika needs one of the docile kodiaks found behind the Shadow Oak. He gives you a leash to capture one.

Like other leashes in this zone, it's activatable from inventory or the charm slot. The bears are not aggressive, so this is very easy. The bear becomes a dumb pet and will follow you back (don't worry if he doesn't follow you inside).

Bring the bear back to Atalika.
