This is a sub-quest of Soko-what?.

Seek out Yurip Honorbound ( 74, -91, -484 ) in Firmroot Moot and get her emblem.

Good: Hail her and go through her dialogue. She will gladly surrender the emblem to aid in your mission, although she is concerned with why the pirates want her dead.

Evil: Hail her and Goad her to fight you, then kill her (lose some Survival Accord faction and gain +50 with Clan Brokenskull). If for whatever reason you're working on your Clan Brokenskull faction, be sure to drop your illusion before the fight. Otherwise the 50 faction you'll gain will vanish when you dismiss the illusion for good. Of course, don't forget to reapply it before returning to Scabby Gabby.

Return the emblem to Scabby Gabby in Brokenskull Loft.

Though I earned the rank of Swabber, I need to earn the rank of Deckhand to gain access to the Pens. I've been asked to travel to Firmroot and eliminate one of their higher-ups and get his emblem.

Stage 1

I need to seek out Yurip Honorbound and retrieve her emblem.

Start:	I need to get Yurip Honorbound's emblem for the pirates.
Complete:	I have gotten my hands on the emblem.

I have gotten my hands on Honorbound's emblem.

Stage 2

I should return to Brokenskull Loft and show the emblem to Gabby.

Start:	I need to return with the emblem to Scabby Gabby.
Complete:	I have returned the emblem to Scabby Gabby.

I have shown the emblem to Gabby.

I have made my mark, one way or the other.
