This quest is given by Brianna when you complete the "Watch Your Step in the Thundering Steppes, Part 3" quest. You need to obtain the following items for Brianna to replace what you have lost:

These are crafted items. You have to craft them in order to get the update.

I was delivering a package to Brianna, but when chased by dogs, I must have dropped some of the objects in the package. Now before she gives me the delivery receipt, I have to find or make the goods she needs.
I have the items that Brianna needs now.
I returned the items to brianna and she gave me my delivery receipt.I finally got all the things that I needed to get for Brianna, and have my delivery receipt.
Stage 1
I need to make the replacement items that Brianna needs.| Start: | I need to get five Tin Long Swords for Brianna since I lost the original ones. |

Been working this quest, even though Brianna says you can buy OR make these swords. you HAVE to make them. You cannot have another toon make them for you or buy them, she will not accept. Be sure to hit the stop button once you made the Forged Tin Long Sword, Brianna will not accept Pristine.

This quest is now for 5 forged tin swords. They cannot be pristine, so press the stop button once you get to forged. Also, you must make them. You cannot buy them and you cannot use another toon to make them and then pass them on through the bank.

Just received confirmation from GM that this quest is broken as of 04/25/2007...

I do believe the Hides for Brianna Quest is also broken. I completed that quest and went to turn in the hides and she only ask about her supplies.

Judo: Just click stop when the crafting progression gets to Forged Tin Long Sword.

i've got the 5 forged tin longswords and the quest updated as i made them, the quest says now 'I need to give Brianna the five forged tin long swords' but she doesn't take them. anyone know how to get her to take them and up date the quest?

This quest is so annoying. You can't buy these swords, the quest won't update. It looks like you can only make them. I'm a lvl 30 provisioner and this combine is a lvl 2 and it will never ever form as anything but a prestine. Ofcourse she wont take prestine, it has to be regular. Just frustating as hell to get this done in order to continue this chain. Any idea on how not to get prestine?

The quest now calls for 5 forged tin long swords. Be sure to make all 5, although you will only get a quest update with the first creation. Also be sure to make just forged swords, not shaped or pristine!

Well I waited way too long to complete this very old quest - and now I find I can no longer make a tin bar or tin spike because the recipe is no longer in my log.
Anybody have a suggestion?

Can we even do this quest with the tradeskill changes? Where can I get the tin bars and spikes?

Today I found I was getting the quest updates even though I was getting only ONE of each of the required quest pieces. I bought a bunch of brown coal, but I actually got the quest update after buying the first one. Then I made a tin bar, and got the update as if I'd made 10. And I made a spike, and got that update too. I made another tin bar for good measure, then went off to Brianna, and she let me finish the quest. So I guess you only need ONE of each thing now!

Make sure you buy the coal one at a time (not a stack of 10)

as of 29 May 2005, it does work with pristines. but she doesn't take them, so what to do with 14 tin bars and a spike? :D

This quest does not work if you bring her pristine tin bars and spikes.

There is no prerequisite for Hides for Brianna, it is an unrelated quest to this one.

I found that I could buy the coal and ding the quest, but I was not able to buy the spikes or bars.
I had an alt make them and had them handed to me one and a time, no luck. I put them on the broker and went off and paid a commission to buy them and still no ding!
Finally I went and crafted them Myself. After making one spike it dinged that I had 5 (I had the other 4 in my inventory).
But I had to make 10 bars to get the updates.
So it looks like you have to make them youself.

The reward for this quest is "Brianna's Broken Crate". A No-Trade 12 slot box with weight of 100.

Brianna also gives another quest after you complete "Supplies for Brianna".
If you hail her again, she will offer "Hides for Brianna": Brianna in Thundermist Village has asked me to assist her by gathering 15 tough hides from rumblers that have never seen the light of day.
