Submission through Suffering  

The groups of senteniels submitted by Fenric are very good, though you need to watch out for the two groups of patchwork men patrolling the area. They are Lvl 30 Heroic ^^^ (Each group is made up of "a Patchwork Fleshstripper" and four "a patchwork man")

They are quite slow so you should be able to avoid them, but watch out if you are a low lvl, they hit hard when they get you.

I know there are a few of them that spawn in the area where Captain TSanne is.

there is one before you go inside and there is at least one more roaming the area right inside usually up on the top. There is a mob of 4 lvl 29 heroics^ right inside so if you cant take those guys i recomend staying outside and waiting for that one to respawn.May take a while but its easier than searching for them. These are the only ones I have found so far.

Some info on general locations of the mobs would be helpful.
