Cap't Boil had just been slain as I landed on his ship. It took approximately 2 minutes for repop.

Uhh... I landed on the ship but only "Navigator Helmy" was at the wheel of the ship, no captain. She didn't update my quest.

Use Blacktalon's hitching post in the Blackshield encampment to get to Captain Boil's ship. Once there, kill the captain and report back to Primary Sha`ki back at the Gorowyn Beach Outpost.

The hitching post is in the encampment above the storage cave at 2838, 62, 908 . Right click to fly to the ship. The shop has Blackshield Assasins and Brutes, which see invis, but I landed far enough away from them to be safe.

When you've killed the captain, use the hitching post on deck to return to the Gorowyn Beach Outpost.
