This quest is given by Landwyn Velamir at Sayer's Outfitters after you complete the A Bow for a Beauty quest.

You have to gather 10 drops from a Klicnik Warrior (+72, -16.5, -357, north of the North Qeynos gate). Every warrior gives an update.

Kill them and return to Landwyn Velamir for your reward. Completing this quest opens up the Peppermints and Potions quest.
