Speak to your emissary at Wanderer's Dock on Kithicor Island.

1. Enter the Ossuary of Malevolence: Primordial Altar
2. Explore and find items in there. If you don't want to kill trash, you can invis to 22, 3, -280 Copy for the first update.
3. Fight to the far end to explore the Location
• Click on the object behind the altar on the right side
• Click on the object behind the altar at the center
• Click on the object behind the altar on the left side
4. Continue exploring - return to the entrance and you'll see Villandre V'Zher on the stairs. Fight her, and she'll port out at 60% Health
5. Turn around! Drensh awaits at the bottom of the stairs. He hits like a truck but doesn't have too much health. Kill him.
6. Return to your city's emissary at Wanderer's Dock.
