I had found a note on a Sarnshak sentry which turned out to be an execution order. Drill Master Nessin believes that the target of the order, someone known as Exile Grislihn, might be willing to make a deal with the Rilissians if offered a truce. I am to find this Grislihn, and extend Nessin's offer to him.
