After repairing the ward in the Graveyard with Custodian Zaddar, he told me to report to Captain Arellius in the area known as the Ruins. This area on the outskirts of Freeport is apparently under attack, and I must help the Freeport Militia defend the city. I can use any of the city's mariner's bell to travel to the Ruins.
Stage 1
I should make my way to the Ruins and speak to to Captain Arellius. I can reach the Ruins by using any of the bells in and around the City of Freeport.
