Rantiri Skelbre, a taskmaster in the mysterious army that is invading Kunark, has been convinced by my illusion spell and all of my accomplishments that I am a dedicated member of the Order of Rime. He has sent me to speak with a Representative of Dominus Rile on behalf of the order.

Stage 1

Rantiri has sent me to deliver the gifts to Proctor Talnisk, the Representative of Dominus Rile, within Riliss.

I spoke to Proctor Talnisk and learned that Rile may be willing to provide Killingfrost with information.

Stage 2

I should return to Rantiri Skelbre, at the Order of Rime encampment at Dragonâ€™s rest Shallows in Fens of Nathsar, now that I have spoken with Proctor Talnisk.

I returned to Rantiri with the message from Proctor Talnisk.

Rantiri Skelbre, a taskmaster in the Order of Rime, has been so thoroughly convinced of my dedication to the Order of Rime that he sent me to deliver a message from Warlord Kraytoc Killingfrost to Proctor Talnisk, the Representative of Dominus Rile. I did what he wanted and went along with the charade in my continuing efforts to learn all I can of the forces.

Talk to Rantiri Skelbre after you have +14,000 faction with The Order of Rime. If you do not have enough faction, repeat the quests Leather Bound, Fishing for Faction, Putting Them in One Basket in Kunzar Jungle or Filling a Bone Box, A Pincher's Venom in Fens of Nathsar.

Steps

Deliver a gift to Rile to Proctor Talnisk in Riliss. ( -799, 67, 87 )
Return to Rantiri Skelbre at The Sheet ( -2655, -412, -2667 ) .
