For the past month walking corpses have been appearing at dusk to besiege the Freeport gates. Through a divination spell the Academy traced the source of these actions to the depths of Fallen Gate. Neophyte Jhanov of the Arcane Scientists has asked me to slow the attacks by slaying the creatures at their origin.

The wirt under this name is offered by Archivist Jindlefog in North Freeport in mages guild for players 20-24 ( quest marked lvl 24 ). The task involves killing 12 anguished gluttons in Fallen Gate.

This writ is no longer offered. It has been replaced by a newer writ hunting in the Commonlands instead.
