To earn esteem with the city of Qeynos, Gil McMartin has given me a bounty to execute. I must kill X'tort V'ndal near the Thexian camp in the Valley of the Bears in Nektulos Forest. X'tort is rumored to be assisting the Academy of Arcane Science in necromantic experiments using ancient Thexian practices.

Speak to Gil McMartin at -923, -48, 14 in The Commonlands to begin this quest.

Use the world bell to head to Nektulos Forest.
Once there, take the griffon to the Darklight Wood station.
At about -1293, 43, -1436 , X'tort V'ndal will pop and attack you. Kill him.
Return to Gil McMartin at -923.36, -47.93, 13.84 in The Commonlands to complete the quest.
