Speak to Inara in the Lesser Faydark after completing Sampling the Corruption.

Buy a Quickening Seed from Fu Laiang ( 815,110,-311 ) at the Disciples of Wu camp in the Lesser Faydark.
Return to Inara in the Lesser Faydark.
Slay Unicorns in the Lesser Faydark's Glade of Unicorns @ ( 82,-23,60 ) until you receive an auto-updating horn. The horn is also a rare drop from corrupted nightblood invaders in the Shadowed Grove @ ( 429,-35,400 ).
Return to Inara. When you give her the horn Inara's Channeled Corruption will spawn. Kill it.
Speak to Inara to complete the series and receive your reward.

Even for someone doing the lightest of light, jack RPing, killing a unicorn as a good character is out of character. For a Fae of Tunare, it's like murdering a child. For 733Tsters, it's just another fun thing to keel!

I'm killing tons and tons of nightblood invaders, but not getting any horn drops or "You did not find any quest items" messages. Anyone had any success or experience with this part of the quest?

Nightblood horn - Shadowed Grove (429,-35,400)

The channeled coruption is a level 60 solo nightblood.

And also the quest gives a choice of 1 of 3 item rewards:

Signet of Balance (Neck, lv57, +15sta, +75 health, +660 vs mental, +4 defense)
Signet of Empathy (Neck, lv57, +15sta, +75 health, +660 vs mental, +5 ministration)
Signet of Focus (Neck, lv57, +15sta, +75 health, +660 vs mental, +5 focus)

Inara needs only a few more items before she can begin her work to study the corruption. She would like me to start by getting a quickening seed. I can purchase one from Fu Laiang in the Disciples of Wu encampment.

Stage 1

I need to help Inara combat the corruption.

Start:	I need to get the quickening seed from Fu Laiang at the Disciples of Wu camp.
Complete:	I have obtained the quickening seed.

Start:	I need to return to Inara.
Complete:	I have given Inara the Quickening Seed.

Start:	I need the horn of a unicorn. I can get one from a unicorn or, occasionally, from a nightblood.
Complete:	I have the unicorn horn.

Start:	I need to return to Inara with the unicorn horn.
Complete:	I have spoken with Inara.

Start:	I must watch over Inara while she fights the corruption.
Complete:	I have defeated Inara's channeled corruption.

Start:	I need to speak with Inara.
Complete:	I have spoken with Inara.

I have defeated the corruption Inara channeled.

I have helped Inara defeat the corruption she intentionally infected herself with. She believes she has gained important knowledge through this process, and that the first steps toward cleansing the Lesser Faydark have now been made.
