I did this on three different characters today and all got both sets of pirate's garb crates.

Dort Lumrick at the Thurgadin Docks has asked that I get some copies of his Pirate Dictionary made. Once the copies have been made I am to advertise about becoming pirates to the gnomes around the dock!

Stage 1

Find a way to make copies of the dictionary.

Start:	Find someone to make copies of the book
Complete:	I have found someone to make copies of the book.

Start:	Turn the crank on the printing machine
Complete:	I have turned the crank on the printing machine. Nothing happened!

Start:	Speak to Datti
Complete:	I have spoken to Datti Corywocket.

Start:	Collect ink from the octopi in the harbor
Complete:	I have collected ink from the octopi in the harbor.

Start:	Speak to Datti Corywocket
Complete:	I have spoken to Datti Corywocket.

Start:	Turn the crank on the printing machine
Complete:	I have turned the crank on the printing machine. It worked!

I have made copies of the dictionary.

Stage 2

Spread the Propaganda to the Gnome Pirate workers.

Speak to Datti.
Kill 3 icebound shell-crackers in the waters around the docks.
Return to Datti.
Turn the crank (six times) again.
Use a Stack of Newly Printed Pamphlets on 5 Gnome Pirates on the docks.
Return to Dort Lumrick to complete the quest.
