Speak to Fedya at 351,-352,1398 in Storm Gorge in the Great Divide to begin this quest.

Kill 2 poison slimfish in the water by Thurgadin Harbor
Poison the coldain food stores:

1219,-476,622

Return to Fedya to complete the quest.
