Here is a list of the items required:

Seamus' wife's dowry chest
His chair
The family table
The family statue
His son's boots

I haven't done the quest yet, so I have no idea on any of the locations.

Find various items scattered about Guardian Gulch. Items become visible when you get close to them and glow when you mouse over them. Click to 'collect' them. May require several loops around the Gulch.

Seamus' wife's dowry chest: -387.81, -38.15, -759.68
His chair: -637.45, -38.48, -674.46
The family table: -573.45, -37.26, -849.75

Stage 1

I need to search for the items that Seamus McCoven has sent me to find.

Start:	Seamus has asked me to try to find his wife's dowry chest.
Complete:	I have found the dowry chest safe and in tact.

Start:	Seamus has asked me to find the chair he used to read before the fire in.
Complete:	I have found the broken remains of the chair.

Start:	Seamus has asked me to try to find the family's table.
Complete:	I have managed to find the family's table.

Start:	Seamus has asked me to try to find the family's statue.
Complete:	I have found the family's statue.

Start:	Seamus has asked me to try to find his son's favorite boots.
Complete:	I have found Inon's favorite boots.

I have found all of the items that Seamus sent me after.

Stage 2

I should return all the items I have found to Seamus McCoven.

Start:	I need to see Seamus McCoven in the ruined homestead.
Complete:	I have returned the items I found to Seamus.

I have returned all of the items I found to Seamus McCoven.

I have returned many precious items to the McCovens.
