You must first complete the quest She's a Little Dinghy before this one will be available.

Speak to either Kagur Thunderbeard or Lagur Thunderbeard at 1197,-533,455 on Thurgadin Harbor in the Great Divide to begin this quest.

Click on an abandoned warwolf pup at 897,-365,903 in Storm Gorge to retrieve it.
You will be attacked by a Warwolf Matriarch. Kill her.
Now you can click on the warwolf pup again to pick it up.
Return to either Kagur or Lagur to complete the quest.

Lagur and Kagur Thunderbeard within the Thurgadin Harbor have asked that I go and capture a Warwolf Pup to be used against the Rime. I was told I can sometimes find them abandoned out in the Storm Gorge.
