Custodian Zaddar Sullissia asks you to speak with Keeper Varacus T'Kur in The Graveyard 89, -1, 97 . Basically go back to where you find the tombs then turn left and you will find Keeper Varacus T'Kur in the next area, near the Destroyed Tower of Marr.

This is basically the lead in to the next quest in the series, Finding the Pages.

Custodian Zaddar has asked me to speak with a dark elf named Varacus T`Kur. He mentioned that the Academy has already given word to Varacus that help was coming, so he should be expecting me. Varacus stands near the house of the Keepers of Ethernere to the southwest, just past the ruins of the Tower of Marr.

Stage 1

I must seek out the dark elf Varacus T`Kur within the graveyard of Freeport. According to Zaddar, Varacus can be found to the north near the ruins of the old tower of Marr. I can reach the Graveyard by using any of the bells in and around the City of Freeport.
