Upon entering Rivervale, I spoke with Commissioner Dogweed. He spoke of an evil power terrorizing the land and the need for aid in stopping this contamination. I have agreed to help by destroying the creatures on the list he gave me.

Stage 1

As unfortunate as it may be, the only way to cure the corrupted is to kill the host.

Start:	Slay eight corrupted bandits.
Complete:	I've slain eight corrupted bandits.

Complete:	I've slain eight corrupted brigands.

I have done as Commissioner Dogweed asked.

Stage 2

I've freed a few of the corrupted as Dogweed had asked. I should return and report my efforts.

Start:	Return to Commissioner Dogweed
Complete:	I've spoken with Commissioner Dogweed.

I have spoken with commissioner Dogweed and I have told him of the events that took place with the corrupted.

I've done as Commissioner Dogweed asked, but I feel that a great deal more will have to be accomplished before a change will be noticed.

This quest is given by Commissioner Dogweed at level 35. He can be found outside the Fool's Gold in Rivervale.

Commissioner Dogweed asks you to kill 8 Corrupted Bandits and 8 Corrupted Brigands in Rivervale. These are found in bands throughout much of West Rivervale.

After killing them return to Commissioner Dogweed who will reward you with coin and experience. More importantly this will open up the Inundated By Evil kill task quests.
