Find the Fang of Snaptail, which Mog says he lost while bathing in one of the pools of Ykesha's Spine.

In the pool at the base of the waterfall that drops from Boarfiend Caves Balloon Pad to Ykesha's Spine, at 730, 113, 236 .

If you jump off, aim for the spot the waterfall hits and you should survive, much like the jump at Longjump Falls in Tenebrous Tangle.
