Reinkor McCollin at the docks -461, -18, -416 will reward you if you manage to kill 10 Drowned Footsoldiers in The Thundering Steppes. A good spots reported are:
- 454, 0, 619 .
- 40.45, -21.16, -216.95

Reinkor McCollin claims to be a merchant within the Thundering Steppes. He's been having trouble with dark creatures attacking couriers who deliver his goods. The only real clue Reinkor had led him to believe that drowned footsoldiers are to blame for this. I've agreed to help rid the area of these sinister creatures.
I was able to track down a group of drowned footsoldiers and destroy wretched souls.
I spoke with Reinkor and told him exactly what transpired with the drowned footsoldiers.Turns out the creatures I dispatched weren't to blame for attacking the couriers. Reinkor believes he has a pretty good lead on the actual culprits who committed the crime and thinks that I'm the one who's going to help him.
Stage 1
Reinkor believes that drowned footsoldiers may be responsible for the deaths of his couriers and theft of his merchandise. Find and slay ten drowned footsoldiers.| Start: | Find and slay ten drowned footsoldiers. |

I finally did find them, quite a few under the bridge by the docks. There are about six wandering about. BUT they spawn crazy slow like hours. Will have to log off and come back another day and try for the rest.
Gone over the basin & under bridge area several times. Not one footsoldier...lots of other drowned dudes. In any case, I wouldn't use the word "loads" to describe anything here.

It was reported working in January. The drowned footsoldiers are a PITA, always have been, especially if someone else is looking for them.
You can find drowned footsoldiers as 21-22 at 40.45, -21.16, -216.95. They were not linked to a 24 ^ lieutenant ! The loc 454, 0, 619 is also accurate.

Very slow spawn rate. Most i found are linked to a Leuitenant and he is Heroic lvl 24 ^^^ , so be ready to have a good fight. They are along the river bank and most of the time are found under the bridge area.

They are only along the Dead River Basin. There are none East if Tower 4, nor are there any West of Tower 3.

There are footsoldiers in the location east of Q tower 4, but they are SKELETAL footsoldiers, not DROWNED footsoldiers and will not update the quest. However, they do drop some nice coin :-)

The coordinates for Reinkor are wrong. They are -461,-18,-416.

Drowned footsoldiers are all along the Dead River Basin, I found the most around loc 454, 619. Otherwise you might have to kill a LOT of drowned troopers and the like before spawning any.
