As part of a diplomatic service for a previous quest, Keyta Wicker needs your help. She has heard the voice of fallen brethren and asks that you find them wandering the vast wastes of the Petrified Badlands and listen to their message.

Stage 1

Find the spirit of a fallen kerran scout wandering the Petrified Badlands.

Complete:

You have found the spirit of a fallen kerran scout wandering the Petrified Badlands and listened to its message.

Stage 2

Return to Keyta Wicker the kerran Shaman of Kerra Isle.

Start:	Speak to Keyta.
Complete:

You have returned to Keyta Wicker the kerran Shaman of Kerra Isle.

You have relayed messages from beyond the grave and were rewarded with a token from the kerran Shaman Keyta. Take this token back to Elder Shahib Zaim as proof you have performed your diplomatic services for Kerra Isle.

Note You must be on the The Never Ending Mending of a Broken Land quest in order to receive this one!

Keyta Wicker needs you to go to The Petrified Badlands and speak with the spirits.

Take the temporal guide back Paineel and then to the Eye of Dartain or to Stonebrunt Encampment. Be on the lookout for wandering nightmares in the area. They are 89-91 vv mobs that can see stealth.
The spirit you want is around 1396, -13, 3762 . He has a very long path, but usually turns up around here.
After speaking with him, return to Keyta Wicker on Kerra Isle for your reward.
