Lingwal's Orders  

This quest has the following requirements:

• Only available if your The Order of Rime faction is +40,000 or greater
• Requires the Order of Rime Shardhammer Illusion (or the Sleetsaber or Flurryburst illusions) to be used to speak to the quest giver
• Must complete seperate quest timeline starting with Icy Destruction before this quest becomes available from Grand Restorer Lingwal

Speak to Grand Restorer Lingwal at -161, 0, -8 Copy in the Hold of Rime: The Fortress Spire to begin this quest.

1. Speak to Gardar Spiritcutter at 11, -264, 317 Copy in Thurgadin, City of the Coldain.
• You can only see him if you are using your Order of Rime illusion!
2. Defeat Gardar in battle. He's a level 92^. No other guards in the area assist.
3. Return to Grand Restorer Lingwal.
• Use the door at -48, -322, 424 Copy in the Oubliette of the Rime and choose to zone into The Fortress Spire. If you already have Fortress Spire access, it should be the second option for the Fortress Spire on the zone choice box.
4. Speak to Vira Warcarver at Thurgadin Harbor to complete the quest.
