Merchant Cooper needs a letter delivered from the city to a friend of his out by Windstalker pond. I fear for him though, for he seemed furtive in his responses.
I've delivered the letter to Riason Hanagom at Windstalker pond.I've delivered the letter to Riason Hanagom as requested of me. I cannot say what will happen now, but the situation certainly seems less than savory.

For me it's called "Letter to Riason", not Riansom.

Riansom is really spelled "Riason" in game. Should probably update that.

Reward is actually 6 silver 43 copper.
Target him from the top of the stairs and then go below the balcony and type "/hail"

I had the same problem with him aggroing me but you can still give him the note.
Target him from range run under the deck and then hail him. Then he will talk to you and you can run through the quest. Reward is 5 silver 45 copper.
Interesting note on the quest is it looks like the cooper is working with the bloodsabers.

got this quest the other day but when i went to turn in the letter Riansom attacked me. I am a halfling predetor and could someone tell me what class and whether you need to be good or evil to complete this quest thank you

merchant ccoper is in keep of the ardent needle, but i couldnt get a quest from him. Im good human crusader lvl 13
