The gnolls are having difficulties obtaining enough fish due to the high cliffs to the west, and the dangerous creatures to the east. Their fishing rods are not long enough to fish from the higher cliffs, so they are unable to catch enough. I offered to see if I can obtain some extra-long fishing rods to help.
