After helping Enforcer Kurdek oversee the rival gangs in the Sprawl, he told me to report to Captain Arellius in the area known as the Ruins. This will further my reputation in Freeport and perhaps even help me gain status with the Overlord. I should make my way to the Ruins and see if I can be of help to Captain Arellius.
