To Start: Receive a letter from Raffik

If you are awaiting mail from Raffik, you can go to the Village of Shin and talk with Jerol of the Norrathian Express to see about its delivery status.

When you achieve crafting level 50 you will receive a mail from Raffik.

Find Raffik in New Halas hanging out with the mercenaries ( 88, 153, -170 ) .
Craft 5 Henchman Adornment Packs. You will need:

5 soluble loam
5 beryllium cluster
5 succulent root
25 Lambent Coal

Return to Raffik

You will receive the next quest in the mail at level 60.
