Speak to Igneous at 188, -436, 3535 inside the Caverns of Living Stone in Eastern Wastes.

Kill 8 Kromzek pervasors in the Wakening Lands. They are found near the cave exit as well as walking around the quarry around 571,-482,3853 .
Speak to Igneous to complete the quest. You will only receive the item reward on the first completion, and just coins thereafter.
