When outside, head to -15.01, 225.77, 3544.30 for a short cut to Toxxulia Forest.
Once there, head to 1110.36, -53.11, 3238.75 and kill 5 toxxulia prowlers.
When you have all 5, use "Jin'tu's Gift" to get back into the village, head to -485.28, 294.63, 3151.44 and hail Cio'lii to complete the quest.
