Speak to Hillfred Kinloch in the Cragged Spine to begin this quest.

Time to go back underwater. Use any water breathing device you may have and head to 49.89, -108.66, 380.89 .
Once inside the cave, kill 8 of the Ry'Gorr Tunnelers at 99.20, -67.39, 260.13 .
Return to Hillfred Kinloch for your reward.

Note: You must complete Thirin's quest, Ry'Gorr Mining Operations, before you will receive the next quest in this series.
