Head back west to Wanderlust Fair and speak to Welvdan D'Hunndar at 260,-19,-4
Use the Strobe of Innoruuk on 6 ghoulish Nerians. You cannot do this while in combat.
Return to Vicaonar K'Xaar

Completing this quest will continue Vicaonar's series and also unlock Larxena's series, starting with Vampirical Evidence.

According to the notes, this should be fixed in the Sept 1 hotfix.

After investigating deeper within the Nerian Highlands I found a group of strange Teir'Dal who appear to be in some sort of trance. After reporting this matter to Vicaonar K'Xaar, he's asked me to pass this information along to his superior, Welvdan D'Hunndar.

Stage 1

Travel to Wanderlust Fair and report your findings to Vocaonar's superior.

Start:	Report to Welvdan D'Hunndar.
Complete:	I reported to Welvdan D'Hunndar.

I traveled to Wanderlust Fair and reported my findings in the Nerian Highlands to Welvdan D'Hunndar.

Stage 2

I must shine the Strobe of Innoruuk on several ghoulish Nerians to release them from the trance-like spell cast on them by the T'Rethir vampires.

Start:	Use the Strobe of Innoruuk on the ghoulish Nerians
Complete:	The Strobe of Innoruuk broke the ghoulish trance!

Start:	Report my success to Vicaonar
Complete:	I reported back with Vicaonar

I successfully used the Strobe of Innoruuk to break the trance on several ghoulish Nerians thereby freeing them.
