1 - Talk to Gherrana Cobbleblork, she is on the east side of the Butcherblock Mountain docks, near the tent of Karsh Cogsworth the Master Tinkerer.
2 - She asks you to "gather some feathers from the kragploom scavengers"
3 - Find and kill 15 of "a kragploom scavenger". As you turn and face north from the docks you will see a large mountain where the scavengers fly. The best way to get there is go up the path from the docks to the griffon tower. When you get to the top go to the natural rock ramp at 531, 43, -95. You will see a number of kragploom walking up and down the ramp on the side of the mountain. The scavengers will be flying around the edges of the ramp about midway to the very top. I used arrows to pick them out of the air.
4 - Return back to Gherrana for your reward.

Speak to Gherrana Cobbleblork at the Highland Outposts to begin this quest. She asks you to "gather some feathers from the kragploom aviaks".
- Kill 10 of any type of Kragplooms.
- The closest ones are Kragploom chicks in The Highlands.
- More Kragplooms can be found on top of Kragploom Butte north-northeast of The Highlands. ( 91,223,197 )
- Return to Gherrana for your reward.
